How to use

1. Each sachet contains 25 grams of agar-agar powder. Pour powder into 2.5 litres of water(about 10 rice bowls), cook and stir until boil.

2. Add in 0.5 kg. of sugar and keep stirring for another 5 minutes, or until totally dissolved. Flavourings and colours can be added as desired.

3. Pour into mould or tray and let it cool and become solid. For better taste, store in the refrigerator before serving.
