For Mint Water: Dilute Achi Mint Chutney Paste in 250ml of water

Potato Stuffing: Up to 200 grams of boiled potato and 1 chopped onion, add achi masala and mash well. Add salt as required.

Meethi Tamarind - Dates Chutney: For that tangy taste use achi tamarind chutney provided in the kit. Add a little water if necessary.

Serving: In a puri, add stuffing, drizzle tamarind chutney, fill with mint water and enjoy.
