Preparation:
1 chicken, 1 packet of emperor herbs chicken spices, aluminium oil and HDPE wrapper
Cooking Instruction:
1. Remove the head and legs of a cleaned chicken, spread the sachet of seasoning evenly inside and outside the chicken and place it on the HDPE wrapper.
2. Put the herbs into 1 litre of water and boil for 15 minutes (add a little Shao Hsing Chiew to enhance the taste), pour the herb and water onto and inside the chicken, and wrap it up with the HDPE wrapper, followed by aluminium foil. Steam for about 2 hours with slow flame and an authentic Emperor Herbs Chicken is ready to serve.
STORAGE
Please keep it in the crisper of the refrigerator.
