San Remo Macaroni No 38 500g

Macaroni are ridged, hollow tubes which are cut flat at the ends. This is a very versatile shape which can be used in a variety of ways, with toppings, in salads or in bakes.

PREPARATION

1. Bring 5 litres of water to the boil in a large pot

2. Add 500g pasta and 1 - 2 teaspoons of salt (or to taste)

3. Cook for 8 minutes

4. When the pasta is cooked, drain well

5. Serve with your favourite sauce
