Opinel Tradition Luxe No.06 Inox Noyer

The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel which is corrosion-resistant, doesn't require any particular maintenance and provides excellent cutting quality. The blade has adopted a Yatagan shape, inspired by a traditional Turkish sabre. The blade is ground to an exclusive convex profile that ensures high strength and allows efficient regrinding.

The walnut wood handles are yellow-brown or grey-brown in colour and often present dark veins. A Virobloc safety ring allows users to lock the blade when open (safety in use) and closed (safety in transport).
