Nona Lemang Bamboo Rice Cube 310g

1. Boil in the Bag – From Ambient

2. Put 5 packets of Nona Lemang together with 2 litres (10 glasses) of water and cook in a pot using a high flame until boiling (about 5 minutes). Ensure the water level covers all the lemang packets.

3. Add coconut flavoured powder into the water and stir the Nona Lemang for a while. Turn to middle flame and cook for 45 minutes.

4. Drain the water and leave the Nona Lemang to cool before cutting.
