The SQlab ONE11 insoles stand for improved power transmission and performance in sporty MTB use. To this end, they bring the foot into a correct position and the power back onto the pedal, which is lost with cycling shoes due to the sinking of the arch of the foot.

While longitudinal arch support relieves the musculature of the sole to counteract fatigue, the "pelotte" brings the foot into a natural position for athletic riding. This is the prerequisite for saving energy, a rounder step and an ergonomic shape.

Another support in the lateral forefoot stabilises the foot on the pedal off to the outside, reducing lateral knee movement and improving power transmission. In contrast, a heel brace in the rear area encloses and supports the ankle joint.
