
Korean Soju is a bit like moonshine but tastier and weaker. Soju can be added to beer (usually half and a half). In Korea, mixing alcohol has its ritual. Beer is poured into the mug first, then soju. Then, a metal stick is inserted into the mug and vigorously hits the bottom to create foam and mix the drinks. Contrary to appearances, this is not an easy task and requires practice. Which doesn't change the fact that a Korean will always do it better anyway.
