Tiparos (Thai: ทิพรส) is a Thai fish sauce condiment brand under the Tang Sang Hah Company, established in Chonburi Thailand in 1919.  

Thai-style fish sauce is made from fish or krill that have been coated in salt and fermented for up to two years.

Following widespread recognition of Thai Fish Sauce's ability to impart a savoury umami flavour to dishes, it has been embraced globally by chefs and home cooks.  

The umami flavour in fish sauce is due to its glutamate content.
