1. Heat 80ml of oil in a pot.
2. Saute onion slices, shallots, minced garlic and curry leaves in a pot. Saute until golden and fragrant.
3. Add the mixture of Adabi curry paste and stir until the oil breaks and the smell rises for up to 5 minutes.
4. Then add the rest of the water, dissolve Asam Java Xtra Adabi, shrimp and crab, and let it cook for 2 minutes using high heat until it boils.
5. Lower the heat, and add Adabi salt to taste, thick coconut milk and tomatoes. Let it cook for 10 minutes and it's ready to serve.
