Preparation method: Note: One cup of measuring rice = 150 grams = 150C.C

A. Chawanmushi: There are 2 cooking packets in the coloured aluminium foil bag. Pour 1 cooking packet (20g) into the container and add 3 cups of water (measuring the rice cup, either cold or warm water), then add 3 eggs and stir until smooth. Evenly coat completely, then cover with plastic wrap or lid. 
1. Electric pot cooking: Pour 1 cup of water (rice measuring cup) into the outer pot, insert the bottom pad, put the prepared ingredient A into the pot and press the switch until the switch jumps up. 
2. Steaming in a steamer or wok: Place a bottom pad in the pot and add water until the bottom pad is full. Place the prepared ingredients A into the pot and steam over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
