Made from high quality organic soya beans, without creamer, additives, or

synthetic ingredients added. It has higher amount of soy isoflavones and low

amount of purine, giving a richer and smoother taste. Traditional Asian cuisine,

a stable emulsion of oil, water, and protein. Produced by soaking dry soybeans

and grinding them with water. Contains about a similar proportion of protein to

cow's milk: 3.5% protein, 2% fat, 2.9% carbohydrate, and 0.5% ash.
