Dr Gram Baby oats are soft, nutrient rich and easy to cook! Baby Oats are also
known as instant oatmeal. They are produced from whole grains known as oat
groats. Oat groats are simply steamed and flaked into a thinner piece of oat (as
compared to rolled oats which are thicker). This allows the baby oats to soften
more quickly during preparation. They are a good source of carbohydrates,
protein, healthy fat and fiber, including the soluble fiber beta-glucan which
helps lower cholesterol and boost heart health. Oats also contain more protein

No cooking necessary. Pour hot milk or hot water onto rolled oats to soften the

Storage
