LINGAMS THOSAI MIX 500GM

Lingam's Thosai Mix Lingam's Thosai Mix is produced with the finest selection of Rice and Urid Dhall. Thosai is the common name for this though it is also known as Dosa in some parts of the world. This comes in a 500g foil packed to maintain its freshness

Ingredients: Rice, Urid Dhall, Sodium Bicarbonate (leavening Agent), Salt and other Spices.

Suggested preparation for Lingam's Thosai Mix

Add 500 gms of Lingam's Thosai mix to 1000 ml of water, mix evenly and keep a side for 10 minutes.

Pour one scoop of mixture on flat pan and spread evenly to thin rounded shape.

Wait until cook

Serve with curry and chutney.
