Arun Spices Prawn & Fish Curry Powder is a combination of several 100% natural spices of the highest quality. It is an incredibly versatile ingredient that can be used in many different ways, including seafood curries, soups and stews, sauces, dressings, marinades, rubs, or even as an all-purpose seasoning, just as you like. Ingredients: turmeric, chilli, fennel, coriander, roasted dhal, pepper, curry leaves and spices. Cooking instructions: 1. Heat oil, and fry the blended ingredients. 2. Add ARUN fish and prawn curry powder, fenugreek, curry leaves and fry for 3 minutes. 3. Add tamarind. Followed by round eggplant. Cook over low heat before adding coconut milk, fish and okra ( also known as ladies finger). 4. After boiling, add in the salt, tomato, red and green chilli. Arun fish curry is ready to be served.
