White Puttu Powder is made from quality rice that is cleaned and processed in a hygienic environment and formulated to produce faster breaks.

Take 500 grams of Aachi Puttu powder in a dry bowl, add the required amount of salt and mix well.

Add 350 ml hot water to the putty mix and blend well. Pass through a sieve. Place the ingredients on a muslin cloth and steam for 20 minutes.

Remove and transfer the boiled puttu to a dry bowl. Add 60 grams of shredded coconut and 150 grams of sugar. Mix well.
