Bacardi Carta Blanca White is a rum that falls into the category of white rum. With a concentration of 37.5%, this rum is originally produced in Cuba. Specific to the Bacardi brand, filtration and distillation are done through coal. The smell is a pleasant one, which brings fried almonds, citrus notes, floral aromas and fruity. 

The taste goes to hints of apples, ripe pears, caramel and vanilla, being gourmet, but it also has hints of cheese with mold, influences of pepper and herbs. The finish is a long, spicy one, especially when it comes to pepper.
