Multi-purpose soup sauce that can be used also as noodle sauce or marinating sauce.

Using a well-balanced special grade soy sauce that goes well with the noodle sauce and a unique production process that brings out 100% of the bonito flakes, it can be used in a wide range of dishes, from men-tsuyu and ten-tsuyu to simmered dishes and rice bowls, and with some modifications, even Japanese-style dressings.

Ingredients: Soy sauce (brewed), flavour raw materials (dried bonito, kelp), sugar, salt, seasoning (such as amino acids), acidulant, (including wheat, raw soybeans).
