Winemaking: Grapes are harvested by hand in late August in the cool morning hours. The grapes are pressed in whole bunches and fermented in stainless steel tanks using natural yeast. In the middle of fermentation, the wine is poured into bottles, sealed and fermentation continues. Sulfur is never added during wine production

Color: Delicately cloudy green-yellow with silver reflections

Nose: Fresh yellow apples, some pineapple, a touch of passion fruits, floral notes

Palate: Medium complexity, white peaches, fresh acidity, pleasant tropical fruits on the finish, an uncomplicated, pleasant wine
