Ageing: Manual harvest in 20kg case. Pre-fermentative maceration at 8°c. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 26°c maximum with 20 whole bunchs. Pissage and post fermentative maceration for 25 days. No malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks
Colour: Dark red
Nose: Nose full of plums, cherries, and violet over a touch of mineral notes
Palate: Very juicy with a nice grip. Layered on the palate over notes of crunchy fruits and a long elegant finish.
