This new Kornog combines the notes of ageing on the seaside with the softness of Andalusia. We are talking about maturation in Sherry Butt... and more specifically in Pedro Ximenez. Here, with the Pedro Ximenez, a variety of Sherry produced in the south of Andalusia, the aromas are powerful and fruity, around an elegant dryness. Colour: amber Nose: rich from plum to fig to coffee Palate: In the first month we find aromas of nuts and a second one of bitter orange subtly cocoa. Finish: Soft and long, leaving a nice fruity and fat veil! To be enjoyed with a square of dark chocolate.
