The Les Confidentiels range presents Cellar Master’s quest for excellence, exceptional barrels and the most beautiful spirits were selected and stored in the cellars of the distillery. This Hors d’Age edition comes from barrels, B14 and B02, which were aged on May 21, 2009. They were aged exclusively in French oak barrels in order to avoid producing overly oaky notes during aging. These barrels allow the appearance of more delicate vanilla notes during tasting.
