To create this blend, our Tea Masters start with a base of fine green teas from China’s Jiangxi, Anhui and Zhejiang provinces. Known as the ‘Golden Triangle’, this area is renowned for the quality of its green tea production.To transform the blend, the tea is layered with freshly picked jasmine flower buds and left overnight. As the buds open, they infuse the tea with their uniquely sweet and floral aroma. This process is repeated over several nights to get just the right balance, resulting in a rounded green tea singing with fragrant jasmine aromas.
