Safoco Vietnamese Egg Noodles 500g

Safoco Egg Noodles are versatile pasta. They are a staple for many dishes, including soups and stir-fry beef. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Occasionally stir the loose noodles until tender, but not overcooked. Take them to the cold water, loosen and then take them out to drain them. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the noodles and mix well to prevent sticking, then use it in any of your favourite noodle dishes.
