A classic Bordeaux blanc made from 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon. The wine has been given a period of 9-8 hours of pre-fermentation skin contact to make the most of the natural, fresh aromatics from these grapes.  

This is a classic, crisp Bordeaux Blanc with apple and citrus flavours at a keen price.  

Perfect with fish and seafood, even sushi.
