

INGREDIENTS:
Cereal, Non-Dairy Creamer, Pepper, Sugar, Salt and Spices.
PREPARATION :
(400g Fresh prawns) or (Half of the chicken cut into small pieces) or (400g fish cut into small pieces) or (400g Octopus), a few curry leaves, 2 nos Chilli Padi (chopped). 1 tsp Butter.
COOKING METHOD:
1. Clean prawns, and trim off heads while keeping shells.
2. Heat oil in a wok. Lightly fry prawns till cooked. Remove and drain.
2. Discard the oil, and clean the wok. Over low heat, add 1 tbsp butter. Add chilli padi and curry leaves. Stir-fry till fragrant. Add prawns, Masood mixed seasoning and cereal. Mix well. Serve hot with rice.
