Preparation
1. Boil 2.5L of water. 2. Add in Bak Kut Teh spice mix and garlic. Boil for
20mins. 3. Add in rib or meat, cook for 30mins. 3. Add in 4 tbsp bean sauce, 2
tbsp black soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, salt & pepper. Boil for 5mins. 4.
Serve hot.
