Once picked, they are dried naturally, without the addition of sulfur, so they gain a rich molasses hue. Then they are gently pasteurized and rehydrated with natural spring water making them soft and delicious. Just soft Juicy, sweet and tart goodness. No sugar, no colouring, and nothing artificial.
