SIS Traditional Coconut Sugar Cubes is made from coconut sap harvested using traditional methods. It is a natural sweetener that has a nice caramel-like taste and a rich aroma. This adds depth of flavour to your cooking and favourite desserts similar to Gula Melaka. Intentionally made as individual cubes of about 8g each, so it is easy and convenient to use.
