Cooking Instruction:

   Boil Reheat: Add 1 Liter of water to a pot and bring it to a boil before putting the food package in boiling water and simmering for 8 minutes. Take out the package and serve.

    Microwave: 15 minutes to defrost, then reheat for 1-2 minutes.
