Cooking suggestion:
Sliced thinly - onion 100g, celery leaves and mint leaves. Cut one large whole chicken into mid-sized pieces and deep fry. Quarter 3 large tomatoes.
Heat 200g cooking oil. Sauté sliced onion and leaves until fragrant. Add a whole packet of sambal ayam merah paste, 600ml water and 170g tomato sauce. When gravy starts boiling, add fried chicken pieces and quartered tomatoes. Cook for 20 minutes or until meat becomes tender. Serve with ghee rice or plain white rice.
