Shimano J04C metallic linings for XTR/XT/SLX/Alfine brakes. Designed for two-piston calipers. The metallic linings used are characterized by very high braking power and high durability even when driving in wet and muddy conditions. Metallic linings are louder when braking than resin linings, but they maintain greater braking efficiency even during long downhill distances. Additionally, the ICE Technology used is a black aluminum radiator that effectively dissipates heat, which positively affects braking efficiency and the life of the linings.

Discs with good heat dissipation are recommended for linings, which significantly reduces heat generation in the braking system. The set includes two linings for one brake, a spring, and a cotter pin that locks the linings in the caliper.
