Let's Do Organic® Coconut Flour is made from fresh ripe organic coconuts. After we manually separate the fatty white coconut flesh from the shell, we finely chop and press it to reduce the amount of fat and moisture. Then we grind it into a fine flour to get a texture reminiscent of wheat flour.

This flour is gluten free and is a vegetable source of protein and fiber. Therefore, it is perfect for baking and making smoothies.
