Pesto Alla Siciliana is a traditional Italian thick sauce originating in the southern Italian region of Sicily. Prepared with a combination of pounded basil, Sundried Tomatoes, & sunflower oil. This wonderful Pesto sauce began on the sun drenched slopes of the coastal Pacific Mountains in central Peru, on land with rich soil and pure water. Fresh Tomatoes are hand selected and sundried. They are then combined with Grana Padano cheese, Basil & garlic to create this tasty thick sauce. Use as a pasta sauce, a pizza topping, a marinade for seafood or combined with cream cheese as a dip.
