Precision Machined
High-density brass for the housing of the ME500 is carefully cut from a single block of brass with a special five-axis CNC process. This makes the housing highly stable and offers less vibration and distortion. The durable mirror-finished brass housing is then fused with 2.5D tempered glass for enhanced strength and a beautiful look.

Hi-Res Certification
Shanling ME500 is awarded the sought after Hi-Res certification by the Japanese Audio Association with a frequency response that extends to 40kHz. We recommend using M500 with Shanling Hi-Res certified portable players to experience the full potential of Hi-Res music files.

Customisable Sound
For a tailored personal listening experience the ME500 includes five different eartips that alter the sound performance. Choose from balanced, bass enhanced, vocal centric and soundstage silicone eartips to change the frequency response as desired. For an extra snug fit and enhanced isolation use the memory foam eartips.
