Listerine Total Care Zero is an alcohol-free, fluoride-enhanced mouthwash that delivers the same benefits as the classic Total Care formula, but with a smoother, milder flavour. Designed for daily use, it combines essential oils and fluoride to support full-mouth oral health without the intense burn.

Use twice daily after brushing with fluoride toothpaste

Rinse with 20 mL (≈4 tsp) for 30 seconds, then spit

Do not swallow or rinse with water afterwards; avoid food/drink for 30 minutes
