Adabi Mee Hoon Soup Powder is specially-formulated for preparing mee hoon soup dishes. Quick and easy to prepare. A 20g packet is suitable for serving 4 pax. Cooking Method: 1. Soak 200g mee hoon in cold water and toss. 2. In a bowl, mix Adabi Mee Hoon Soup Powder with 5 tablespoons of water. 3. Sauté in a pot on low heat until fragrant. 4. Add 150g of diced chicken or meat. Cook until the meat becomes tender. 5. Add 4 cups of water and bring to boil. 6. Add 150g of chopped vegetables. Let it cook for 2 minutes. 7. Serve with bun and garnish with fried shallots, spring onions and chilli. 8.
