Giffard Menthe Pastille is a clear peppermint liqueur from Giffard. This liqueur is made from Mitchman peppermint. The mint liqueur has an intense aroma of peppermint. Refreshing taste of peppermint, with a slight sweetness. An ideal ingredient for refreshing cocktails. The carefully selected fruits and plants, which are preferably bought locally, guarantee the quality of Giffard products. In order to extract the aromas, the fruits are placed in alcohol for at least 2 days up to 3 months, depending on the type and texture. The achieved infusion is the basis of the liqueur production.
