Mango fruit mix is a product of rich, orange (opaque) colour with a pleasant, exotic aroma, like fresh fruits. Its taste is balanced, sour-sweet, with a long, viscous aftertaste, similar to fresh honey. This sweetener, like other Giffard products, is made of high-quality, exclusively natural components.

It included only mountain water from the French Alps, a sugar base of selected beets, as well as concentrated juice of mango fruits. Since the product is prepared without the addition of preservatives and dyes by instant pasteurisation, it retains all the valuable properties of fresh mango.

This fruit has been used for food and medicinal purposes for several thousand years. In addition to the pleasant taste and aroma, it is rich in unique vitamin and mineral compounds that help improve the overall condition of the body, as well as strengthen the immune system, suppress inflammatory processes and promote digestion.

A sweet puree mix with the taste and aroma of mango will complement any dessert, drink, cocktail or ice cream. It is dense and thick, so it will be the perfect base for layered cocktails with or without alcohol.
