Vitamin B1 12mg, Vitamin B2 15mg, Vitamin B3 99mg, Vitamin B5 18mg, Vitamin B6 20mg, Vitamin B12 12mcg, Folic Acid 400mcg, Vitamin C 750mg, Vitamin E 30i.u, Zinc 15mg

Dosage/How to use:

The usual adult dosage is 1 tablet once daily after food or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.
