Adabi Pancake Mix Banana 400g

Quick and easy, can be ready in only 5 minutes; just add water, eggs and oil.

Comes in banana and vanilla flavours.

Mix Adabi Pancake Mix with 300ml of water, 30ml cooking oil and 1 egg. Stir for 90 seconds until the mixture is well blended.  

Heat the griddle on medium heat. Grease it lightly with oil. The pancake will stick if the griddle is too cool.

Cook for 90 seconds on medium heat or until bubbles break the surface. Flip and cook for another 90 seconds or until the colour turns golden brown.

Serve while hot with honey/jam/maple syrup.
