House Brand Thosai Mix 500g

1. Add 500g of House Brand Thosai Mix to 1L of water, stir firmly and leave mixture aside for 10 minutes

2. Pour mixture on heated non-stick frying pan, and spread to form a thin pancake

3. Cook according to taste

4. Serve with chutney or curry
