Greenmax Potato Tapioca Starch

GreenMax Tapioca Starch is a fine white powder made from the starch of tapioca. It is often used as thickener, to keep foods dry, in gluten free recipes, and to keep pastries moist. From giving baked goods the glossy finish, to binding ingredients, and texturizing food, potato starch has a multitude of uses.

GreenMax's founder, Tsai Kuo-Jung, comes from a farmer family at Dongshi of Chia-Yi County and applies his techniques and knowledge learning from Chinese medicine stores and biscuit factories to set up Mabaoshan Rice Bran Factory and start the sales of traditional cakes, rice bran and roasted wheat flour. Since then, GreenMax has been specializing in grains, flours, and healthy foods.
